Your Move
God has moved heaven and Earth to save sinners. He gave His WORD, spared no expense, has done everything possible. He condescended, and He took on himself “the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men; and being found in fashion as a man He humbled himself and became obedient unto death even the death of the cross.” (Phil. 2:7-8). He not only came down to seek and save those who are lost, died on the cross (the closest thing to Hell on Earth) to save us from our sins, He made a way where there was no way. He said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” For the Sinner, He is the Way Out. For the Seeker, He is the Way in. For the Fallen, He is the Way Up. For those who have Gone Astray, He is the Way Back. And for the Lost, He is the Way Home. He is the Highway, the Freeway, the Thruway, the Narrow way, and the Only Way. The Bible says, “All we like sheep have gone astray, everyone has turned to his own way, and the LORD hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” Those who witnessed the crucifixion tell us that the Earth moved and shook that awful day, and then an Angel moved the stone from the opening of the empty tomb. God made the first move to reconcile sinners to himself. Now it’s your move. -id
Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!
The first white horse will sound like thunder
as one seeks to conquer more and more
destruction, cruelty, and plunder
followed by chaos, rage and war
next comes famine, and world-wide hunger
then Death piled high from shore to shore -id
