1) copy link below and place in iPodder(if you don't have one click logo above and download it for free.)
2) once it is installed place my link in "Add a feed" in Subscriptions panel

3) note: my link is not to a web page,
but to an encoded rss feed which the ipodder will load. Copy link and put in
ipodder.
4) idea of podcast is you can listen any
time you choose.
5) idTalker is under 4 minutes long.
6) ipodder feeds mp3 file automatically -but (you can skip all that and you may just down load the file and play it manually.
