Be Vigilant

Though we trust God,
we lock the door;
to make it hard
for crime and war
to enter in,
to steal our heart,
 or rob our peace,
or bring sin in-
Be alert, guard and police.
Close the door, secure the brace
Give the devil no room or place.
Although a lamb, be serpent wise,
and let not the wolf, the sheep surprise -id
