Getting Christmas

Christmas as most know it is not in Scripture found
Although the shepherds saw God’s light
all fell upon the ground.
There was no Christmas shopping
for the baby in the stall
or champagne bottles popping
or decking of the hall.
As then, the world still does not know
what was God’s plan or goal
and to what great length God’s love would go
to save man’s fallen soul. -id
