God is good at adding and also take-away
neither one is worse or best
it’s not for me to say
He who sows may gather
His is the field and seed
only He should matter
yet He gives me all I need
all I have is borrowed
to enjoy but for a time
why should I be sorrowed
by arithmetic divine
the Lord of all keeps good accounts
and will balance all His ledgers
He always measures right amounts
of sorrows and of pleasures
God divides and multiplies
the little loaves and fishes
faith believes that God supplies
and God does what He wishes -id
