On Lust and Greed
                                                                The lust for oil for lanterns light
                                                                  sent whalers out to sea
                                                                  So man could rule the dark of night
                                                                  from  nature to be free
                                                                  
                                                                  Perched high above the rigs and ropes
                                                                  the sail and deck below
                                                                  investments made with merchant’s hopes
                                                                  awaits a “THAR SHE BLOW”
                                                                  
                                                                  but as the tale once  Melville told
                                                                  all fortunes can turn quick
                                                                  and in a moment buyer sold
                                                                  by the wrath of  Moby Dick
  
                                                                  Far deeper still horizons  call
                                                                  Promising men power
                                                                  but greed may cause the proud to fall
