One Seed

The seed of Abraham
is not the Jew
but the single seed is Christ
The Old must make room
for the New
this truth the higher priced

It’s faith alone, the Gospel plan
and not the works of law
by trusting in one single man
the perfect man, who’s more

The virgin born in Bethlehem
the promise finally came
to on a cross a gulf to span
and cancel all our blame

except a seed fall in the ground
and die it is alone
but if it die much fruit is found
a harvest and a home- id
